Three members were appointed from the NAAB Board of Directors, four at-large members were selected through an open nomination process, and four members were nominated by NAAB’s collateral organizations: ACSA, AIA, AIAS, and NCARB.

The SRC will serve from February 16, 2026, through December 31, 2027. The committee is responsible for:

  • Reviewing stakeholder feedback collected through surveys, listening sessions, and other engagement channels.
  • Drafting proposed revisions to the 2020 Conditions for Accreditation.
  • Evaluating public comments on the proposed revisions and recommending refinements to the NAAB Board of Directors.

This work is vital to the future of architectural education and the profession. NAAB thanks the members of the SRC for their willingness to contribute their time and expertise in service to the field.
